Driver in Spain train crash arrives in court

The driver of a train that hurtled off the rails killing 79 people in Spain arrived in court Sunday to be questioned by a judge over his role in the country's deadliest rail accident in decades.

Francisco Jose Garzon Amo, who is suspected of reckless homicide, arrived at the courthouse in Santiago de Compostela in a police car after spending the night in the northwestern city's central police station, an AFP reporter at the scence said.
