Ukraine's Yanukovych to speak Friday in southern Russia

Ukraine's deposed president Viktor Yanukovych is due to give a news conference on Friday in the southern Russian city of Rostov-on-Don, in his first public appearance since fleeing Ukraine, reports said.

The news conference will take place at 1300 GMT with the exact location to be announced later, Russian news agencies quoted unnamed sources in his entourage as saying.
