Egypt purchases 60,000 tons of Russian wheat

Egypt's General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC) inked a contract on Wednesday on behalf of the Supply and Internal Trade Ministry to import 60,000 tons of Russian wheat via an international tender.

In a statement on Wednesday, GASC deputy head Ahmed Youssef said that the wheat will be shipped during October 21-30.
