Egypt's Minister of Supply Ali Moselhi will kick off the first trade forum between Egypt and Italy on Sunday in the Italian city of Naples.

A big number of Egyptian and some 200 Italian companies are set to participate in the four day forum.

Ibrahim Ashmawy, head of the Internal Trade Development Authority (ITDA), said in a statement on Saturday that the forum is organized by Italian confederation of economic development in cooperation with the ITDA.

The forum will be also attended by keg figures of the industry field as well as businessmen interested in investing in Egypt, particularly in the fields of logistics, foodstuff industries, shopping centers, supply chains and wholesale markets, among others.

Ashmawy added that the forum will include the signing of an agreement between Egypt and Italy to enhance close cooperation between both countries in technical rehabilitation, exchange of expertise and support of mutual investments
