Egyptian new investments in Libya worth LE1 billion

Egyptian companies will invest LE1 billion in new infrastructure projects in Libya.

Egyptian companies have been offered directly, without going through tender, Libyan infrastructure and housing projects worth LE1 billion, Minister for Public Works Rashid Matouk Mohamed Matouk said, according to Al-Ahram daily newspaper.

An official Egyptian- Libyan commission will approve both companies and consultancy offices to be engaged in these projects.
