Banque Misr has sold its 2 percent stake in Saudi Arabia's Samba Financial Group <1090.SE> for about $370 million, the vice chairman of Egypt's second largest bank said on Wednesday.

Egypt's second largest bank would not be selling its stake in Cairo-Amman Bank, Akef El-Maghraby told Reuters.
