Egyptian stocks are slowly rolling back yesterday's gains, the benchmark EGX30 down 0.15 per cent at 5,261.5 points in the opening half-hour of Monday's session.
The main index gained 2.5 per cent on Sunday, reflecting optimism over better-than-expected company results.
Market turnover is around LE98.8 million.
Shares in Palm Hills Development, Orascom Construction Industries and the Commercial International Bank (CIB) are seeing heaviest trade.
