Fine Hygienic Holding (FHH), a manufacturer of hygienic paper products, has announced that it will begin evaluating strategic locations to establish its sixth paper mill.
The company is undertaking site evaluations at four main production sites in Jordan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
“We have reached the limit of our papermaking capacity and our branded business is growing in strong double-digits. We must keep an eye towards the future, and given lead-times for paper mills to be fully commissioned, it would be prudent to begin now," CEO of Fine Hygienic Holding, James Michael Lafferty, said in a statement.
Fine currently has five paper mills in the MENA region operating at full capacity, with a total annual production of over 170,000 tonnes, providing its products in 75 countries around the world. With the impending establishment of its sixth paper mill, the group is set for further growth and expansion, according to the statement.
