Egyptian stocks have bounced back into the green, the benchmark EGX30 closing Tuesday up 1.57 per cent at 4,985 points.
The performances of select high-cap stocks seem to have fuelled the rally, with the broader EGX70 seeing less pronounced gains of 0.62 per cent.
Total market turnover was around LE412 million ($68.2 million), with trade clustered around the Commercial International Bank, Orascom Telecom and Orascom Construction Industries.
