Egypt's main stocks are seeing their first gains in over a week with the benchmark EXG30 edging up 0.57 per cent to 4,620 points halfway through Tuesday's session.
The broader EGX70 is also up 0.2 per cent.
Of the nearly 150 traded stocks, around half are seeing gains, including high-cap Orascom Telecom, up around 3 per cent after a recent series of losses.
