Turkey expected investments between $ 20 billion in the energy sector in Venezuela, as the Turkish Energy Minister Taner Yildiz said, quoting the Turkish Anatolia news agency, according to Reuters.

Turkey had received an offer to develop an oil field with capacity of 200 thousand barrels per day and the offer was seen as attractive, even if the share of Turkey in the field does not exceed 10 per cent.
