Mohamed bin Rashed Al-Maktoum, vice president of the UAE and ruler of Dubai, pledges $4 billion to Egypt at the Sharm El-Sheikh economic conference.
Maktoum said $2 billion will be provided as deposits at the central bank while the other $2 billion will be allocated to stimulate the economy through a number of initiatives that will be announced later.
