ضربتين فى الراس توجع
Darbetein fel ras tewgaa
Translation: Receiving two blows to the head is painful.
Meaning: This proverb, still in use, speaks of human endurance. It is ok to deal with one body blow, but a second one is hard to take. In other words, be stoic but not too proud to admit you’re hurting when things get too rough.
