The Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated Freedom and Justice Party (FJP) has topped the electoral list followed by the Salafist Al-Nour Party and the Wafd Party during stage three of national parliamentary elections in Qalyubia (including El-Khanka, Oboor, Sheben El-Qanater and Qalyub).

The results came in as follows: FJP at 52.63 per cent; Al-Nour Party at 27.7 per cent; Wafd Party at 7.38 per cent; Egyptian Bloc at 2.35 per cent, Al-Ghad Party at 2.35 per cent, and the Revolution Continues at 0.14 per cent.

Results for individual candidacy seats are still being counted with initial indicators of a possible re-run between FJP candidates Ahmed Diab and Sayed El-Qadi along with two independents.
