An official source in the presidential office has told state news agency MENA that president Mohamed Morsi has not made any announcements or given any interviews since the results of the presidential election were announced on Sunday.

The source said that the only side that has the right to speak in the name of the president is the presidential office.

Since the results were announced, many conflicting statements have been made in various media sources and among Freedom and Justice Party (FJP) members, regarding whether or not Morsi will be sworn into office before Egypt's parliament or before the High Constitutional Court (HCC).

why?
Why are the freedom and justice party members commenting on the new presidents activities, what he will and wont do and matters that do not concern them? I thought the president was no longer a member of the freedom and justice party anymore.......

He's their puppet
Because he is their puppet. When Elshatter was ruled out the brotherhood pushed Morsi. This petty symbolic dropping out of the brotherhood is a stupid request by stupid people . It is a lazy attempt at separating the presidency from the brotherhood. The brotherhood has the Egyptian people wrapped around their finger. They will vote for whomever they choose. They call this freedom. Freedom to give up your rights and liberty. The revolution has been hijacked by fanatics debating beards and female circumsition . What a shame for the great people of Egyptt.
