Egypt's Dina Meshref was eliminated from the second round of the Olympic women's table tennis singles following her loss to Romania's Elizabeta Samara 4-1 (7-11, 11-7, 13-11, 11-6, 11-8) at the 2012 London Games on Sunday.
Meshref reached the second round of the Olympic women's table tennis singles following two successive wins over Nigeria's Offiong Edem and Russia's Yana Noskova on Saturday but she failed to save her streak on Sunday and lost to Elizabeta.
