Egyptian wrestler Karam Gaber keeps gold bid alive in Men's 84kg Greco-Roman wrestling defeating Melonin Noumonvi of France 2-1 in the quarterfinals Monday.
The Athens 2004 gold medalist qualified after beating defeated Nenad Zugaj of Croatia 2-1 in the 1/8 finals.
The 33-year-old wrestler will fight against the winner of Pablo Enrique Shorey Hernandez of Cuba and Poland’s Damian Janikowski.
