"Here it is! Exclusive, the new trailer!" Ellen DeGeneres posted on her official Twitter account, attaching the newest trailer of Finding Dory, an animated film scheduled for release on 17June.
In both the Oscar-winning Finding Nemo (2003) and the soon-to-be released Finding Dory, Ellen DeGeneres gives voice to Dory.
The Disney-Pixar had announced in 2013 it intends to release a sequel to Finding Nemo in 2015 but then moved the dates to 2016.
"I can't remember the last time I was this excited about a movie!" one Twitter user said in response to Ellen's post, sharing her emotions with those of millions of children and many grownups across the world.
The trailer reminds us of a blue fish, Nemo's friend, suffering from short-memory loss. As she tries to find her family, whose whereabouts she forgot, Dory reaches a Marine Life Institute that is supposedly "the fish hospital."
In order to find out if Dory finds her family and how the plot develops, the audiences will have to wait for the film's official release on 17 June.
