In its step to move activities online, Cairo's ROOM Art Space & Cafe is preparing a photography exhibition which will be launched in April.
The exhibition will invite viewers to vote on the best works. The six works that will receive the highest number of votes will be featured in ROOM's online concerts.
With music being the main activity of the popular independent venue, the exhibition will have music as its theme.
The participating artists include Ahmed Waddah, Amr Tamer, Courtny Crawford, Dareen Abdullah, Emilien Astor, Farah Elshamy, Hafeeza, Hamsa Hussein, Mohamed Osama, Nouran Ahmed, Rania Alaa, Salma Zakareya, Shenoda Esmat.

The online initiative is part of ROOM going online. Apart from the exhibition, the venue will also present online concerts as a step to get closer to the audiences during the ongoing shutdown and curfew in Egypt. Read more about ROOM's activities here.
