The Embassy of India in Cairo has launched a one-month 'New India Campaign' on public transport buses in Egypt's capital city.

As part of the campaign, five buses from the Cairo Public Transport Authority are showcasing flagship schemes by the government of India including Make in India, Digital India, Skill India, Startup India, Smart Cities Mission, Study in India and the Incredible India.

The buses will be seen in Old Cairo, downtown, Ramses Square, Tahrir Square and the Nile Corniche.

Besides the flagship schemes, the New India Campaign will create awareness about investment opportunities in India and promote tourism to the country.
