Gaza 36mm provides a small window into life in Gaza through the story of a once-popular cinema that has become a dump. The film reflects on the social, structural, and ideological causes of the devastation of cinema in the Gaza Strip, revealing a world that is consumed by the daily threat of death and devastation and has a bleak outlook toward art in general and cinema in particular.

Le Joli Mai (The Lovely Month of May)

Chris Marker and Pierre Lhomme's Le Joli Mai is a portrait of Paris and Parisians during May 1962, the first springtime of peace after the cease-fire with Algeria and the first time in 23 years that France was not involved in a war.
