Under the auspices of the Faculty of Fine Arts in Cairo, headed by Ibrahim Kandeel, Egyptian artist Zeinab Nour is to exhibit her 'Mural and Egyptian Tales' on Sunday 27 May at the faculty headquarters in Zamalek.

Nour tries to capture Egyptian lifestyle and street stories through her murals.

She is an Egyptian artist, born in 1971 in Alexandria. She is currently a lecturer at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Cairo.

Art to Nour is "the mirror of humanity since the dawn of civilisation. As an artist, I am always searching in human history, heritage and ancient philosophies," she states.

The exhibition will take place at the main hall of the faculty and will be opened by Dean Ibrahim Kandeel on Sunday 27 May at 10 am.
