Three Syrian shorts are scheduled to screen at Cairo’s ROOM Art Space on Tuesday 30 August.

The films screened will be Nediyari (Dellair Youssef, 2014), Habel Ghasil (Lamis Al-Jaseem, 2011), and Searching for Abbas Kiarostami (Twins Malas-2015).

According to the event description, all three productions “discuss the current Syrian situation through direct and indirect messages; reminiscing about old Syria, comparing it with what's happening now, and voicing out the Syrian Struggle.”
