Raya Abirached to present Gouna Film Festival's opening ceremony

Famous media presenter Raya will present the opening ceremony of the second annual Gouna FIlm Festival on 20 September.

Raya is a Lebanese TV presenter, television personality, celebrity journalist, and producer for MBC.

She has become one of the most popular media presenters in the Arab world, known for her show "Scoop with Raya" that airs on MBC, featuring interviews with cinema's top international and Arab celebrities and reporting from the industry's festivals including the Oscars, and the Cannes and the Venice film festivals.

She is the co-host of the hit TV talent show Arabs Got Talent, and has previously hosted events like the American Idol competition in Dubai and the launch of Ferrari World Abu Dhabi.
