Under the title, Sakia 9th Feature Film Festival 2012, El Sawy Culturewheel is to open its annual feature film festival on Tuesday 14 February.

The festival will hold screenings of a number of feature films nominated by El Sawy Culturewheel for this year's festival and will take place for three days ending on Thursday 16 February.

The festival will open at Wisdom Hall at 6.00pm
