Art Alert: El- Cabina Cultural Centre to screen 'Maulana'

Alexandria-based arts centre will showcase 'Maulana', a short film on the life of Muslim cleric Adel Mohamed Tuesday, 15 January

Cabina Cinema Club at El-Cabina Cultural Centre in Alexandria will screen Youssef Nour's directorial debut 'Maulana' on Tuesday, 15 January at the centre's premises. 

'Maulana' is based on a true story about Muslim cleric Adel Mohammed, written and directed by Youssef Nour, filmed by Ahmed Essam and produced by Independent Productions in Alexandria. The first-time director Youssef Nour also works as a graphic designer and has been known for his patriotic artwork.
