Performing two consecutive concerts at El-Rawabet Theatre is the Egyptian music group Ashra Gharbi (Ten Western) on Thursday 8 September.

Ashra Gharbi, managed by the band's composer Moustafa Yassin, was founded back in 2009 and became popular soon after. The name 'Ashra Gharbi' was chosen for its uniqueness, reflecting the group's mission of presenting new ideas through their music and lyrics. The band claims that their songs tend to revolve around current issues concerning society, using simple words which carry deep meaning.

Ashra Gharbi consists of eight members, including bass guitarist Fawy, lead guitarist Gabry, oud player Souka, vocalist Yassin, drummer Kerdani, percussions player Zatona, and keyboard player Joe.

The first concert will start at 7.00pm.
