To celebrate  their second anniversary, Off Beat is scheduled to perform at El Sawy Culturewheel next week. Their concert will include a various collection of Egyptian and rock songs and will take place on Monday 27 December at 8:00 pm.

Originally assembled in October 2007, Offbeat is a live band with a diverse musical background and taste. The Cairo-based sextet defines a style that ranges from classic rock and blues ballads (covering artists like Gary Moore, Chris Rea and  Lynard Skynard), 1950s and 1960s Rock'n'Roll (Chuck Berry) to 1980s and 1990s hits performed in an "off-beat" style.
