Known for his traditional Sufi Ibtihal and Mwashah chanting, Yunis has collaborated with many Egyptian musicians

Islamic chanter Ihab Younis will give a concert at El-Sawy Culturewheel on Friday 18 October, where he will perform traditional Sufi Ibtihal and Mwashah chanting alongside some of his original works.

Yunis, who is known for being frequently featured with Egyptian-German ensemble Cairo Steps, a group founded by Basem Darwisch, has collaborated with many known musicians including Assalah, Hisham Kharma, Wael El-Sayed and many others.
