El-Sakia String Orchestra to perform works by Egyptian composers

On Tuesday 15 May, El-Sakia String Orchestra will perform works by Egyptian composers at Zamalek's El-Sawy Culturewheel

The El-Sakia String Orchestra conducted by Mohamed Saad Basha will perform a second concert in the 'Egyptian Music Evening' series on Tuesday.

The evening will include works by Rageh Daoud, Mohamed Abdel-Wahab Abdel-Fattah, Khaled Shokry, Ahmed El-Hennawy, Ramz Sabry and Mohamed Saad Basha.

The El-Sakia String Orchestra was formed in October 2010 with the aim of promoting classical music. Through the string orchestra, young people gain easy access to classical music values at the popular Culturewheel in Zamalek.
