Sout Al-Qahira wins prizes at Oscar International Video Clip Festival

Oscar International Video Clip Festival awards Sout Al-Qahira two prizes for songs by Riham Abdel-Hakim and Ali El-Haggar

Sout Al-Qahira Company for Audio and Video (Voice of Cairo), operating under the Egyptian Radio and Television Union at the Ministry of Information, was awarded two prizes at the 13th Oscar International Video Clip Festival.

The festival took place between 13 and 16 September 2012.

One prize went to the Egyptian singer Riham Abdel-Hakim for her song in the TV series Ward w Shok (Rose and Thorn).

Another prize went to the Egyptian singer Ali El-Haggar for his song, Fagr Balady (My Country's Dawn), with lyrics by Nasser Rashwan and music by Ahmed Hamdy.
