Art Alert: Solo Project, Rawabet’s new experiment in the arts

For three days, the Solo Project will bring together individuals from the different arts, highlighting their complementarity

The Solo Project is the Rawabet Theatre’s latest experiment in the arts, which they describe as “an expression of appreciation of each artist’s individual talent through a series of solo shows.”

The aim of the experiment is to bring together those “who complete each other in music, dance, theatre, and more.”


The three-day programme will feature various artists, including Maurice Louca (electronic music), Alaa El-Sheikh and Marwan Imam (stand-up comedy), Youssra El-Hawary (music), Ahmed Abd El-Naeim (puppets theater), Aya Soliman (monodrama), Mohamed Fouad (contemporary dance), and Mohamed Sami (music).

The event will take place 14-16 April at Rawabet, at 8pm
