Theatre activities for children

Theater activities to foster childrens imagination and creativity will take place in Diwan bookstore in Heliopolis

Diwan bookstore will hold a theatre workshop for the American University in Cairo’s Alumni Community Theatre (ACT), targeting children aged 7 to 15 and providing  theatrical creativity in a fun way.

Instructors Amina Khalil, Adham Zidan and Hani Eskander will take the children through the world of theatre games, improvisations and exercises nourishing children’s imagination and awakening their creativity.

The workshop will take place on 10 December, from 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm for  groups aged 7-11 years and on 11 December from 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm for  groups aged 12-15 years.

The Invention Play” will be performed in Diwan bookstore in Zamalek on 21 December at 7 pm and children aged 8 and above will participate.
