Unfolding Dialogue's Light (Photo: part of promotional material)
The Arab Origami Centre (Egypt) and El Gecko con Botas (Spain) present 'Unfolding Dialogue's Light' in five different cities between 26 June and 8 July.
The performance will open in Alexandria and run for three days, then stop in Cairo for three shows in two days before it goes on to Minya, Mansoura and Port Said for one show in each of the cities.
The shadow and origami theatre performance is made for children but promises to be equally enjoyable for adults alike.
Written by Amaar Mostafa, the performance features three artists from Egypt: Ossama Helmy "OzOz" Mohamed ElEkiaby and Mostafa Elsherbiney; and three international artists: Clementina Kura-kura (Spain), Damián Bojorque (Argentina) and Susanna Bologna (Italy).
