Noon Creative Enterprise
The actors rehearse through improvisation

A play on the daily obstacles faced by people with disabilities and the broader difficulties of integrating into the economic, political and social structure will be performed at the Nahda Association for Arts and Science on 28 and 29 March.

The play is based on true stories combined and edited by nine actors with different abilities (the term 'different ability' is a more appropriate way to address people with disabilities).

You Can is a project under the Noon Creative Enterprise that aims to raise awareness on disability through art. The project works together with different NGO’s that aim to give the disabled more rights in the constitution and inclusion in the education system.

The performance is the product of a series of workshops facilitated by Nada Sabet, Noon’s arts director.

Following the performance there will be a Q&A session with actors, the director and Noon’s team.

The play is organised by Noon Creative Enterprise, together with You Can, with the support of the British Council in Egypt.
