Sat 2, 8pm: The opera star singers Noha Hafez, Radwa Said, Ahmed Mohsen, and Mohamed Shawqi. Singer Ahmed Ibrahim (Egypt), singer Nadia Mustafa (Egypt), accompanied by the Arab Music Heritage Ensemble, conducted by maestro Farouk Al-Bably.  
Sun 3, 8pm: The Sultanate of Oman first troupe for music and folk arts (Oman).
Mon 4, 8pm: Forat Qadoury on qannun (Iraq), Angham Al-Sharq (Melodies of the orient) troupe (Egypt), singer Ibrahim Farouk, together with singer Aya Abdallah.   
Tues 5, 8pm: Artist Mahmoud Darwish and Konoz Misr troupe (Egypt), with the participation of singers Esraa Adel and Heba Salem.    
Wed 6, 8pm: Rawaa Al-Nagham (the best melodies) troupe (Egypt) features singer Reem Kamal in a concert, conducted by maestro Ibrahim Nagui.
Thurs 7, 8pm: Sharara Sextet features violinist Hassan Sharara.

Mon 4, 8pm: Singer Ayat Farouk (Egypt), singer Fouad Zabady (Morocco), violin recital by Gehad Aql (Lebanon), singer Mohamed Al-Helw (Egypt) and Al-Hefni musical troupe, led by Hisham Nabawy.    
Tues 5, 8pm: Forat Qadoury on qannun (Iraq), singer Soma (Egypt), singer Hany Shaker (Egypt), concerts are conducted by maestro Mustafa Helmy.    
Wed 6, 8pm: Superstar singer Angham in a concert, conducted by maestro Hany Farahat.
Thurs 7, 8pm: Solo oud recital by Mamdouh Al-Gebaly (Egypt), singer Riham Abdel-Hakim (Egypt), singer Ali Al-Haggar (Egypt), concerts conducted by maestro Ahmed Amer.

Thurs 31, 7pm (Free Entrance): Poetic childhood memories of Damascus meet oriental sounds of oud music, a reading by Austrian-Syrian author Luna Al-Mousli from her book, A Tear. A Smile. My Childhood in Damascus, with oud music played by Amira Abdel-Gawad. The reading will be held in Arabic-German.

Every Sunday, 7.30pm: The Nile Troupe for Folk Instruments, conducted by Abdel-Rahman Al-Shafaai, performs dances and songs from Upper Egypt on mizmar, tabla and other traditional musical instruments.
Every Friday, 7.30pm: “Al-Aragouz wa Khayal Al-Zel” (The Shadow Puppet), a free public performance by clowns in Al-Muaaz Street, presented by Wamda and directed by Nabil Bahgat.

Every Saturday, 9pm: (fixed event) Asyad Al-Zar (The Zar Masters) band. The Zar Masters band is comprised of some of the few remaining Egyptian and Sudanese Zar performers playing Tanbura, Toza
(small 2 sides percussion) Mangour, (a wide belt of goat hooves worn around the hips), Marakesh (hand-held rattles) and the tambourine.

Room Art Space
New Cairo
The new branch of Room Art Space hosts live music shows on a daily basis. Room’s new branch is located in The Spot mall in front of AUC gate on 4,370 square metres with indoor and outdoor areas where live music events and concerts are featured on a daily bases, hosting up to 400 guests per event, and its open from 9am till after midnight.

Thurs 7, 6 and 8pm: El-Sawy Culturewheel Puppet Theatre show revives the concerts of the diva Umm Kolthoum performing two of her much-loved songs.
