Egypt international keeper Ahmed El-Shennawy has rejoined Zamalek on a permanent three-year deal from Port Said club Masri.
Zamalek have paid Masri LE6 million for the 23-year-old, and the coastal club has retained the right to receive 25% of the keeper's sale should he move to an overseas side.
It is the second stint for El-Shennawy at Zamalek, having joined the White Knights on loan two years ago.
His previous Zamalek spell, however, was unfruitful, as he managed only one league appearance.

El-Shennawy, who dazzled for the Egypt U-21 side in the 2011 African Youth Championship to win the best keeper of the tournament award, is now set to become Zamalek's first-choice goalie following the release of long-serving veteran Abdel-Wahed El-Sayed.
Recently crowned Egypt Cup champions Zamalek have been spending big in the close season, which has seen them seal nearly 13 signings, as they intend to bring their ten-year league drought to an end.
