Senegal forward Moussa Sow and midfielder Salif Sane have been ruled out of Tunisia's game on Wednesday in the 2015 African Nations Cup qualifiers.

"Sow will return to Fenerbahce and Sane to Hannover because they won't be able to recover before Wednesday," the team's doctor Fallou Cisse told reporters on Sunday.

They both featured in Saturday's 0-0 home draw against Tunisia and sustained calf injuries.

The good news is that the team's star striker Demba Ba and defender Kara Mbodj have been cleared for the game.

"Ba has resumed training already, while Mbodj will start full training on Tuesday," the doctor added.

Senegal will travel to face Tunisia in Monastir in a battle for Group G's summit, as both are now joint-leaders with seven points each, four ahead of Egypt, while Botswana has yet to gain anything out of the group.
