Egypt winger Ahmed Elmohamady has expressed his delight over his full mark appearance with Hull City this season.

The 27-year-old winger, who appeared in the Premier League's 2011 season coming from Egypt's outfit ENPPI, managed to save a regular place in Hull City's squad.

"To play so many times in a row is brilliant for me. It makes me very happy. The manager gives me confidence every time I play. So do the players who play with me. That is fantastic," Elmohamady was quoted as saying on the Hull Daily Mail's website.

"I am still young at 27, and if you didn't play every game at my age, when will you play?

"I want to play and it is great the manager shows such faith in me.

"I just want to keep going, look after myself inside and outside the game," the Pharaohs winger said.

Hull City are scheduled to face Liverpool in the 9th matchday of the English Premier League on Saturday, as the Tigers are 11th in the league's table with 10 points.

Elmohamady believes Hull City should be flying high in the Premier League's top six as they look for another surprise at Liverpool on Saturday after their 2-2 draw with Arsenal last week.

"The season is going well," Elmohamady said.

"But I feel after eight games, we should really be in the top six, if we had got all the points we should have taken," the Egypt winger concluded.
