Coach Vincenzo Montella hopes his new player Mohamed Salah will maintain his scoring form when the Viola take on Tottenham in the second leg of the Europa League round of 32 at 20:00 Cairo local time (GMT +2) on Thursday.
The 22-year-old Egyptian winger enjoyed a scintillating start in the Serie A, scoring twice in three games since he joined Fiorentina in late January, coming from Chelsea on loan.
Salah played the full 90 minutes during the first leg 1-1 draw with Tottenham in England last week.
After scoring his second goal for Fiorentina in the 1-1 draw with Torino on Sunday, the Egyptian international immediately shifted his focus to the continental challenge.
"Now let's think of the game against Tottenham," he wrote on his Twitter account.
Salah joined Fiorentina on loan from English Premier League leaders Chelsea last month until the end of the season after failing to book a regular place in the Blues' squad under coach Jose Mourinho.
