Queens Park Rangers was relegated from the Premier League after only one season back among the elite following a 6-0 loss at Manchester City on Sunday.

The last-place London club's return to the second tier was confirmed with two games still to play in the season.

City consolidated its grip on second place and automatic qualification for the Champions League.

Sergio Aguero scored a hat trick, while Aleksandar Kolarov, James Milner and David Silva also scored.
