Chad's national football team haven't arrived yet to Borg El-Arab stadium in Alexandria, with only a few hours remaining before their anticipated World Cup qualifier against Egypt scheduled for 18:30 CLT (GMT +2).
According to local reports, Chad will be flying on a military plane and are supposed to arrive at Borg El-Arab for the game.
Other reports have suggested that Chad requested to postpone the game, quoting members of the Egyptian Football Association (EFA) refusing the possible request because there is no emergency.
Meteorological officials have predicted bad weather earlier, including heavy rain that could lead to flooding in the arena but they said Tuesday weather is fine.
Egypt needs to win the game with more than one goals difference after they lost their away match 1-0 on Saturday.
The winners of the second-round games will be drawn into five four-team groups, with the leaders directly reaching the 2018 World Cup finals in Russia.
