Top seed and World number one Mohamed Elshorbagy has been stunned by Egyptian fellow countryman Ali Farag 3-1 on Thursday in the semi final of Al-Ahram Squash Open.
Elshorbagy, 25, seemed comfortable in the first set winning it 11/8. But Farag – world number 10 – delivered a great fight back to win three consecutive sets 11/7, 11/9, 14/12 and reach the final.
Farag, 24, will play the winner between Omar Mosaad and Karim Abdel-Gawad in the final on Friday.
