Egypt’s national team coach Hector Cuper said on Monday that his side will see several modifications when the Pharaohs face Greece in a World Cup warm-up on Tuesday.

Cuper opted for his regular squad against Portugal but revealed that he would give other players a chance against Greece.

"We will give a chance to the players who haven't participated with the Pharaohs in the recent period," Cuper told a local TV programme on Monday.

"There are many players who participated for a few minutes with the Pharaohs and it is time to see them against Greece," he said.

"But we will keep our strategy and our concentration because the game is important for us.''

The former Inter Milan coach said that he is satisfied with the results of the Swiss camp, adding the Pharaohs have “learned a lot” from their game against Portugal.

Egypt lost 2-1 to Portugal on Friday when Portuguese ace Cristiano Ronaldo scored twice in injury time, giving his side a last-gasp win.

"We discovered many things about our team against Portugal and it will be the same against Greece," Cuper added.

"Despite the negative result against Portugal, I am very satisfied with my team performance during the game."

"It is important to test players now because there is no time before the World Cup to try new players."
