Egypt's international midfielder Omar Gaber has completed his move to Egyptian side Pyramids, ending speculation over his future.

One hour earlier, USA side Los Angeles FC had announced that they made Omar Gaber's loan deal with the club permanent.

The former Zamalek player joined Swiss club Basel in the summer of 2016, but he failed to establish himself with the Swiss club, having only made a total of 17 appearances.

He was loaned to Los Angeles FC last November where he made seven appearances.

Gaber was part of the Pharaohs squad that participated in the ongoing World Cup, although he was not used by Argentinean coach Hector Cuper.

The international midfielder has joined a list of 11 players who signed with Pyramids so far.

The club, who is believed to be owned by Saudi's Sports Minister Turki Al-Sheikh, has been making a big recruitment drive to strengthen their ranks ahead of the upcoming season.
