Ahly coach Martin Lasarte said that the 1-0 league victory over El-Entag El-Harby was a fair result, vowing to work hard in the coming period to avoid missed scoring chances.

A second-half goal from Amr El-Sulaya gave the Reds their sixth straight Egyptian Premier League win to keep up pressure on the competition's leading duo Saturday.

"The result is a fair one despite the fact that we were able to score other goals as we dominated the game and reached our opponents goal on several occasions," Lasarte said in the press conference after the match.

"We must work to solve the problem of missed scoring chances and raising our scoring ratio," the Uruguayan tactician added.

Ahly are currently third in the table with 42 points, just three short of Pyramids who played three matches more and six behind leaders and arch-rivals Zamalek, who meet Enppi Sunday.
