Aston Villa have escaped relegation after their 1-1 draw at West Ham on Sunday.
Jack Grealish's scored for the visitors in the 84th minute but second half substitute Andriy Yarmolenko restored parity just two minutes later.
Egypt's winger Mahmoud "Trezeguet", who has scored three goals over the past two games, has been a starter before being substituted in the 90th minute.
The 25-year old attacker has been the hero of Aston Villa's dream survival as he netted twice against Crystal Palace (2-0) then scored a priceless winner against Arsenal (1-0) last week to take his team out of the relegation zone for the first time in weeks.
Trezeguet immediately tweeted after the game "never give up".
Villa stayed one point clear and both Bournemouth and Watford - which lost 3-2 at Arsenal - were relegated.
Villa, who were just promoted last season, finished with 35 points, followed by Bournemouth on 34, ahead of Watford on goal difference. Norwich City was already relegated and finished the season on 21 points after a 5-0 drubbing at Manchester City.
