Zamalek midfielder Ahmed Hassan made the team's  21-man squad announced by Coach Jorvan Vieira on Thursday for the upcoming clash against Ahly on Sunday in Champions League.

The 37-year-old midfielder had filed a complaint against his club demanding the termination of his contract with the club as the latter failed to fulfill their financial duties toward him.

Despite his complaint, the the veteran midfielder hasn't skipped training and he is fit to play against Ahly.

Burkinabe striker Abdoulaye Cisse was also included in the squad despite his late return from international duty.

Zamalek skipper Abdel-Wahed El-Sayed was named in the squad by the Brazilian but his participation is uncertain as the goalkeeper suffered a muscle injury.

Zamalek were eliminated from the competition's group stages as the white Knights collected an only point from five match, while second placed Ahly are looking for a win to  climb to the first place in order to avoid a difficult semi-final against Esperance de Tunis who appeared as the best performing team in the African competition.
