Zamalek victorious in the African Super Cup

Zamalek races towards the Club World Cup after winning the Super Cup title.

Zamalek's handball team clinched the African Super Cup after defeating Tunisian E.S. Sahel 26-21, in Cameroon, on Monday.

The white knights dominated throughout the game, ending the first half seven goals ahead of the Tunisians, who struggled till the final whistle and couldn’t compete with the skills of Zamalek’s players.

By this victory, Zamalek booked their place, for the second consecutive time, in the next edition of the Club World Cup which will be held next month in Qatar.

The Egyptian giants won the third place in the last edition of the Club World Cup and their star, Ahmed Al-Ahmer, gained the tournament’s scorer title, having scored 41 goals.
