Ahly’s newly-appointed Dutch tactician Martin Jol has announced the 20-man squad for Saturday's African Champions League kick-off in round 32 against Recreativo de Libolo of Angola.
The experienced striker Emad Meteb has been ruled out of the squad due to injury alongside of midfielder Amr El-Solaya who hasn't been continentally registered yet.
Despite his recovery from a hamstring injury, first goalkeeper Sherif Ekramy will also miss the Angola trip.

Ahly remain on top of the league table with 47 points from 21 games, six ahead of second-placed Zamalek.
